Just so you all are In The Know, I'm alive. And kickin'.
Things are good. It's 11:19 and I just woke up (AWESOME). I have a few projects under my belt that are keeping me both busy and sane. I am now seeking bomb-ass employment in the Bay Area, because ultimately, that's been my goal ever since the word "graduation" became a part of my vocabulary and forced me to think about my future. I'm working on my website a little bit everyday, and I'm happy to say that it's progressing nicely. I've been prepping myself for the interview process and am totally looking forward to taking up Ivan on his suggestion to interview each other for practice. Tracy, if you read this, I'd like to ask you too about the interview questions/processes you've experienced too. Chris, you too.
I feel pretty good about where I'm at in my life. I bought a new journal, which kind of literalizes the significant page-turner; I don't have any sort of obligations to distract me from my goals; and, I'm broke! What better motivation than being near starvation? Okay I'm exaggerating... but you know what I mean. Stay hungry stay humble.
Anyway. Here's to being in between. Something better happen, is all I'm sayin.

Summer So Far...

Flyers for a yard sale I had last week - I was playing yardsale music off my laptop to draw in buyers, and one Chinese man asked how much my laptop was for sale. I joked and said "oh, it's only a million dollars". I didn't think he'd take me seriously. He kept looking at it and muttering in awe, a million dollars... hm... I shouldn't have messed with him.

My second attempt at painting in photoshop. My first attempt was a self portrait of a polaroid that Jason took of me. After about an hour and a half of NOT SAVING... well, you can imagine how furious I was when my computer crashed. I-diot!

Some preliminary logo ideas for the Brandon Tyler Band. This is only an hour's worth of brainstorming as you might be able to deduce from the lack of depth and conceptual thought. I'm not particularly in love with any of them but feedback would be nice.
